Reiki Level 1 study, practice and attunement was a unique experience for me. During the attunement I received from my teacher Tarkan, I first experienced an intense sensation close to pain in my head-forehead area and then along the spine line, and the feeling in the spine continued for a long time after the attunement. Hello , I got my 1st level attunement from teacher Tarkan . It was really a very different experience. At first, very intense blue and purple lights passed before my eyes, I wondered if my eyes were open. After that intense :), I felt as if my heart was beating in my palms.
